In the recently published Property Academy Home Moving Trends Survey 2020 analysed by Dataloft 75% of buyers said a floor plan was the most important piece of information when searching for a property.

55% felt quality photographs were very important followed by the property description and number of photographs.

Interestingly they found only 16% of buyers said a video/virtual tour was important but the data was obtained from a survey conducted during the summer of 2020 so I would expect that to figure to be higher if the same survey was done now.
Interestingly Energy Performance Certificates were considered very important to 31% of over 65's but only 20% to under 35's.
