It is always great to receive positive feedback from your clients. Yesterday we received a message from Coast & Country Real Estate regarding a job we did for them in Climping.
They said - 'We would like to say a big shout out to Pix Media for the stunning photos that have absolutely made the difference to our marketing with this lovely home'.
A combination of our visuals and their marketing strategy ensured the seller received and accepted an offer in excess of their guide price.
The property had great living space with the outstanding room being the kitchen family room which provided a great open plan space for family and friends (when allowed) to gather. The remaining accommodation included a large living room, the dining room was currently being used as a home office, a cloakroom, main bedroom with ensuite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside the south facing rear garden had a swimming pool and there was a driveway to a double garage.
Along with the photographs we also created a video for use on social media to give a feeling for what the area and property had to offer.
